Q: Do employees need basic technical skills?

No. Programs are calibrated by level: the curriculum for a CEO is different from one for operations staff, and neither requires prior technical skills. We always start from people's actual level.

Q: How long does a training program last?

Duration is customized case by case. It depends on the number of people involved, starting level and objectives. We don't have standard packages because every company is different — we define the best structure together during the initial assessment.

Q: We do not have an internal AI owner yet: can we still start?

Without an internal owner accountable for AI adoption and governance, we cannot guarantee results and generally do not recommend starting. This is why the program includes dedicated coaching to grow an internal AI Leader responsible for process ownership, tool cost control and AI Act compliance documentation.

Q: How does the funding work? Do you handle it?

Yes, we handle everything. From requirements verification to training plan design, from application submission to final reporting. Our team manages the entire bureaucratic process — you focus on the training.

Q: Is the training in-person or online?

The client chooses. We deliver on-site at the company, remotely via live sessions or in hybrid mode. The choice depends on organizational needs and program type — during the initial assessment we define the most effective approach together.

Q: What certifications do you provide?

Participation certificates for every attendee, plus all documentation needed to demonstrate compliance with AI Act Article 4: training plan, attendance records, acquired skills assessment report.

Q: What support is there after training?

We don't leave you alone after training sessions. We set up a governance layer with your internal AI Leader and run periodic follow-ups to track adoption, control subscription costs and keep AI Act documentation aligned.
